U.S. Etiquette Is Introduced to Russian Executives: Jacqueline Whitmore’s book can now be purchased in Russia
Russian executives can now learn more about U.S. business manners. I am pleased to announce that my book, “Business Class: Etiquette Essentials for Success at Work,” was recently published in Russian! I received my copy of the book and I must admit however that I can’t read a word of it. I do know it is mine because it contains my picture in the back. Other countries that are publishing my book include China and Thailand. If you’re interested in purchasing the Russian version, email me and I will provide you with the name of the Russian publishing company. Many thanks to my literary agent, Rita Rosenkranz, for making this happen.
Pay It Forward with Mini Thank You Notes

Want to make someone’s day a little bit brighter? Now you can. I stumbled across this adorable product as I was reading a magazine recently. In an effort to start a campaign against rudeness and incivility, stationery store Greer Chicago is starting what they call a “civil-ution.” In their latest effort, they’ve created these original and fashionable portable thank you notes. I believe this is the perfect way to acknowledge someone who is not expecting anything but has done something extra nice for you, whether they be a friend, colleague, client, or stranger.
Each card is meant to be recycled and to perpetuate something larger. On the back of each card are the words, “please reuse,” so paying it forward becomes part 0f the deal. Printed on heavy white 100 percent cotton paper encased in a sturdy yet elegant yummy chocolate- colored package embossed in silver. Each package of 10 is $6.25. To order, go to www.greerchicago.com.
